I first heard of chef Peter Chang when I accidentally stumbled upon a mile long line at Taste of China many years ago from the people following him around the country. While there, after the most delicious Chinese food, we happened to meet Peter Chang in person and he offered us some of the best sweet dumplings I’ve eaten. So imagine my pleasure when he opened up shop in Cville. I’ve tried many different dishes at Peter Chang China Grill and my recommendation is to just close your eyes, point at the menu and order whatever your finger is at. If you are vegetarian like me, just ask them to substitute the meat with Tofu. And if your finger just happens to land on Three Pepper Chicken, be prepared to cry and want more at the same time.
